Physical fitness training

Physical Fitness & Wellness

Boxing, strength training, and team challenges build discipline, confidence, and healthy coping mechanisms. Movement breaks down walls that talking never could.

Vocational training

Vocational Training

Hands-on job training in automotive repair, construction basics, and food service. Real skills that lead to real jobs with employers who are ready to hire them.

Creative arts programming

Creative Arts

Music production, visual arts, and creative writing let youth express what they can't say out loud. Kids who've never finished anything complete entire projects they're proud of.

Essential Life Skills

How to open a bank account. How to interview. How to budget and find housing. The stuff nobody teaches them but everyone expects them to know at 18.

Field trips, outdoor challenges, and adventure-based learning get youth outside their comfort zone. When you've faced real challenges in a safe environment, street challenges feel manageable.

Long-term mentor relationships with adults who show up every single week. Consistency is the intervention. 84% of alumni maintain positive mentor relationships long after the program ends.

Who We Are

I started C.A.S.T. because I was tired of watching kids age out with nothing. These young people come through your doors carrying trauma, anger, and zero belief in themselves. Most programs talk at them or hand them worksheets. Then they turn 18 and hit the streets with the same problems they walked in with.

That's not good enough. Not for them. Not for you trying to actually make a difference.

I've spent years in this space watching the same cycle repeat. Kids bounce between facilities, pile up violations, then disappear into homelessness or worse. So I built something different. C.A.S.T. brings programming directly to your facilities that actually moves the needle.

We get these kids moving, building, creating, and discovering what they're capable of. When a kid can change oil or frame a wall, they see themselves differently. Employers see them differently too.
